Plant 1 & 2
This workspace was the original fabrication area for the Crisp bros. Kings Meadows site. Housing the brake press and laser cutter of the Crisp Bros. site this workshop is where most of the light fabrication works take place.
This work area contains;
- 4Kw Laser Cutting Machine
- 200T Brake Press capabilities up to 3.6m wide
- Guillotine capabilities up to 3.6m wide
- Sectional Rollers
Plant 3, 4 & 5
This area is where a majority of structural steel is fabricated. Housing the latest technology for the processing of steel members Crisp Bros. are able to produce large scale projects to suit tight deadlines out of this facility.
This work area contains;
- Peddinghaus XDM Beam Line 18m length capacity
- Ocean Avenger Beam Line 12m length capacity
Plant 6 - Surface Treatment Area
Crisp Bros. have their own in house surface treatment area, whether it be just a zinc primer or multi coat paint system Crisp Bros. have the knowledge and capability to paint any surface.
Our shot blaster can fit a maximum of 1.3m x .8m and up to 20m long.
